IPS-Integrated Project Services, LLC is one of the fastest-growing companies in the A/E/C industry, with a global reach that spans 23 offices, in 10 countries, and 4 continents.  Its work enables its clients to create and manufacture life-impacting products around the world.

IPS engaged Lyquix to design and develop its new global website, develop the website content, and produce a new corporate video.

Defining the Brand

We immersed ourselves with the IPS leadership and marketing teams to get a thorough understanding of the organization - its goals, its offerings, its position in the marketplace, and its future plans. Through several whiteboard sessions, as well as small group breakout sessions, we were able to form a solid foundation to refresh the IPS brand, positioning it as a true global leader, and establishing a clear vision for the future. ​

During the brand refresh portion of the project, we worked with the leadership and marketing teams to update the organization's Mission, Vision, and Values, tone, voice, and messaging, and secondary color scheme.

Designing and Developing a Truly Global Website

IPS is a global company - it operates 23 offices, in 10 countries, across 4 continents. Its website needed to speak to a global audience, but allow for each country, geographic region, and office to personalize the user experience, highlight important projects, promote events, and post news and blog articles.

We accomplished this by developing unique homepages for each country, geographic region, and office and a system for geo-tagging the appropriate content. The result is unique, geographic-based experiences for users who select a specific location. If no location is selected by the user, the user will be presented with carefully curated “global” content.

Throughout the global site, as well as the geographic-specific sections, we used content connections to relate IPS’ Expertise (Services, Industries, Facility Types), Team Members, and Projects fostering discovery and exploration of the site, and allowing easy access for associated information.

Built on the Joomla Content Management System, the new IPS website showcases IPS’ global reach, expertise, services, and projects It allows for each country, geographic region, and office to personalize the user experience, highlight important projects, promote events, and post news and blog articles. Most importantly, the site provides a scalable platform that will support IPS as it continues its explosive growth around the world.
